FlowWriter 0.4.0 update

I have had time to revisit FlowWriter and make a few changes I have had in mind for a while.  Mostly around the save menu and the shortcuts. 

Change log:

• Made the text viewable in the save menu.
• You can now copy the text to the clipboard, so no need to create a file if you don't want to.
• No longer goes to the save menu automatically if you stop typing.
• You can resume writing after you entered the save menu.
• Reworked shortcuts.

Know Issues:

• Black bars along the sides.The fullscreen is not working as intended and has black bars on the sides. See on Mac, expected on all platforms.
• Not tested on Windows or Linux, as of this update.
